any1 have sum pics of a carbon fiber trunk and hood on a preferrably silver 99-00 coupe i jus ordered and i wanted to know what it looked like

whoa whoa......dont start some bullshit talkin' and all that in here. first off....the latches on the trunk can come in handy just like latches on a hood. They have the same principle in mind, "not to f**k up the rest of your car if the stock latch doesn't hold". There's been a few peeps on CC with windshield experiences, so its the owners risk not having them on the trunk lid. Anyway, I haven't really seen and carbon trunks on silver rides.....usually white or black.

No pics dude...sorry.. but IMO.. I am completely undecided with carbon fiber trunks

I know for sure that it looks sweet if you have a full cf lip kit, cf hood, and cf laid over the roof...

And I know for sure that it looks horrible if that's the only cf you have on your car..

But i'm not so sure how it would look with just a cf hood.. I think it would look good.. but I don't know..

i got a trpe r front and rear and painted stock sides black housing headlights gunmetal with polished lip wheels and the hood and trunk it should look good but i was jus wondering b4 i get it

I love how it looks on darker colored cars or white(slightly), but on the silver it looks pretty bad, doesnt blend at all. I plan on getting it on my car if I keep it that long, and want to spend that much on it.

i have been considering buying one also, but i have a cf lip and a cf hood already so i really dont think it would throw the whole look of the car off to bad
