Cel 41! Need help

i need some light shed on cel 41
it is the primary o2 sensor heater

i have both o2 sensors plugged in an i know they work for sure. anyone have ideas on how to fix this?

correct me if im wrong but the o2's are on the headers and on the cat or test.....

Yes, those are your O2 Sensors. Actually, one is a Lambda Sensor and it checks to see if your O2 Sensor is working. But yeah, did you do any mods to the car right before it threw the code?
