Cel issue 1993 civic vx

My civic has a check engine light on its a 1993 civic vx 1.5 sohc and it won't turn on the light till I'm down the road is it a timing issue?and idles at 400 rpm

Still all stock I did plugs wires cap and rotor ecu has no issue

Tried that it won't blink cause it says there are no codes untill it is running for a bit

Will it affect anything?

Thanks haha it pulled up code 48 o2 sensor I don't know why I didn't think of it lol
