CEL: Speedometer at 0mph, car runs fine... need help!

.... I was just driving, normal, breaking in the new engine and the CEL came on and my speedometer went to zero. I do remember something like this happened when I made y other swap and it was a fuse and not the VSS. I talked ot my friend and he mentioned it was perhaps a ground or the VSS. My question is: does any one know what that 'fuse' would be? Thanks

Its under the dash, look at the diagram (since I don't remember the one specifically... maybe fuse 15?)... if it keeps blowing sounds like a grounding issue somewhere.
