CEL stays on

hi,when i switch the ignition key to ON my check engine light do not dissapear,and i dont hear the fuel pump buzzing,whats the problem???
I dont no if i can start the engine because my battery is dead

You need to pull the code to give us more information. What year is your car and we could tell you how to do that

so i tested,the CEL is not blinking,WTF?
But my main relay is not clicking and fuel pump is not buzzing(i check the pump-pump is good)
where is the problem in main relay or ignition switch?
