Central locking not working

right well when i bought the car the central locking wasnt working. not from the outside. but when locking from the inside the passenger would lock. but there must be somthing wrong as somthing kept ticking inside the door/quarter panel which over time deaded the battery. as for the moment iv taken out the fuse so it doesnt make that probelm, but i dnt no what is causing the it to not work properly. and i dnt want to just go buying random parts blindly.

Anyone know what could be the probem or experienced the same or similar??

Location of powerlocks plug or motor???1995 Civic EX Sedan

Recently my powerlocks have not been working. I changed the fuse out and still dosemt work. At first they would work for a little bit and then not work, and that was about 3 weeks ago. Does anyone know where the location of the powerlocks motor or plug is? The plug may have come loose and needs to be plugged back in. Thanks.

maybe the connection to the switch is loose? try openning the door panel to see what it is, either that or the relay is bad
