CF vs. Fiberglass

im looking into buying a spoiler and i was wondering which type of material to buy the spoiler in, CF or Fiberglass? Someone once told me that CF will shrink on daily driven cars becauyse the high heat during the summers can shrink it and warp it. Is this true?
