change of ecu

i changed my ecu with the same ecu for automatic, whenever i reach 80km check engine flash steady, i want to know what seems to be the problem? do i need to reset my ecu?

Why did you change it in the first place? What ECU is it? Does your CEL stay on when under 80k?

It's always a good idea to reset the ECU after changing something. Though if that something IS the ECU, I don't think resetting will actually help unless this CEL is unrelated to it. Again, why did you change it in the first place?
