check light is gets on while drive some distance

i have a Honda Civic EG8 V tech Car. when i drive some distance, engine check light is gets on. what may course this problem? it was on for all the time before and i clean the TPS contacts and now its gets on only drive some distance. need help regarding this...

you can get the trouble codes to pinpoint the problem. If it is OBD1 , use the green connector under glove box.
