Ok, so I had a nail in my tire today, which went flat at my brothers house.
So no big deal, we grab my full size spare from home, and set out to fix it...

Anyway. Im jacking the car up, (from the front frame rail), under the radiator... and Ive double checked that Im on the support.

I get it most of the way up, and suddenly the car drops. OH crap! :o right?

Apparently the car slid back, (as it will when you lift it) but the jack did not, as it is on wheels, and the wheels were in the groove between the curb, and parking lot :?

So long story short.. I need a new intercooler.

shitty to hear man, like everyone said thankfully no one was hurt. almost happned to someone i know when they were jacking up there car and it slipped, luckily it wasnt lowered and the jack fell over and the car fell back into place. Shitty to hear about the intercooler tho

A stock jack did that to me once, yeah i was that stupid. Pretty bad damage to the FM though.
