This is a US/Canadian Question and since I live in Canada, I think it applies. I am curious if the Acura 1.6EL (fancy Civic under acura name up here) outside taillights will fit on a 96-98 Civic? They are Red/Clear like our factory insides and therefor would look really good. I know the inside lights are totally different shaped and wouldn't work but the outsides look similar. Any input from our Canadian folk or anyone else who knows?

I am from Seattle but go to school in B.C. Inside taillights are the ones attached to the trunk lid and outside the ones on the rear quarter panel. I can't find much info on them yet, but I believe they started making the car in 96. Here is a pic of the taillights. They look like they would work though.
