ok so i had my car looked at by one of my friends who is a mechanic, right off the back he said he knew what it was (GAS PROBLEM) he actually unhooked a vacum line and one of the injectors car started right up but didnt sound healthy since it was running on 3 cylinders he said without me taking it too the shop he worked at he couldnt tell me what really was causing it cause he'd half to hook his companys computer up to it and i was wondering if any of you all would know if theres a sensor or something else that would actually cause the car to get to much gas and floud it out everytime you go to start it thanks and let me know

Not to be a douche but it's easier for people to help you if you post complete sentences ;)

But do you have a CEL on?

So the car doesn't start when it's running all four cylinders / injectors? But does when he disconnects one? Just so I understand what you're saying.

yes sorry about that kinda in a rush.when he unplugs one of the injectors the car starts.but when he has all four injectors hooked up it wont start and you get this stong gas smell.
