ok your asking the impossible you want a nice soft smoth ride, but you don't want it to sqaut, and you want to be able to take corners quickly.
here is the first thing about suspension, if you want to get ride of body roll, and or squat (especailly squat) say bye bye to your nice smooth ride. high spring rates are nessacary to acheive both of the formentioned.
a good all around suspesion though would be, ground control coil overs for and DC integra, then any good adjustable damper of your choice. id suggest koni yellow's first then KYB's AGX.
but to succesfully prevent squating most racer run something like 900lbs springs in the back, which will make your ride HORRIBLE and you will need custom valved dampers.
but a comprimise that will get you good handeling, decent 1320 suspension and a decent overall DD ride would be ground control coil over(for an DC integra) and Koni yellow dampers.
Its a waste of money to buy non-adjustable dampers, as they are just replacments for the stock's and suck.
