Civic questions

Hi, so I'm saving up for a car, and hopefully by the end of this summer I will have 3k-ish. Now I want to spend like 1-2k on the car then keep the rest of the money and save for an engine swap. My eventual goal is to have a 350-400 hp civic, that is at the same time fast and reliable and hopefully gets 15-20 mpg xD. I just wanted to get suggestions from you guys who have far more knowledge than I. What items should I save for, and how much would I need? I am thinking of spending about 6-8k total. Help me please! :D

B18C swap - $1500 to $3000 depending on luck on finding a full swap cheap
turbo setup - $1500ish for a decent pieced together setup
suspension - $500 to $1200 for coilovers.......price goes up if you get things like subframe brace/sway bars etc...
chipped ecu - $490 Hondata S300 from phearable.net
dyno tuning - $??? differs from area to area

im sure im leaving out a bit, but thats the basics. and you might want to up the $1000 to $2000 on the car if you want one in good shape with lower mileage on the body

I think you are way ahead of yourself. Get the car first.... You might find out, it needs brakes, shocks, tires, tax, tag, title ect ect ect that $1-2k, could turn into $3-4k pretty quick
