Actually the VTI which is in guatemala. because im in xmas vacation over here. they dyno stock at 168hp vtec kick in at 7700or 7800 as i was talking to some of the locals here. i mean im so mad the US doesnt alow such nice cars over there. im so pissed ive seen like 7 different HB VTi. and these guys really know how too pimp them out. car parts for my 99Civic si are so cheap over here im gonna buy a turbo kit for like 900bucks the whole kit in guatemalan money is like 9000 quetzals is mad cheap. came gears are like 80bucks here. i mean i have future hook ups for life my uncle will ship them to me while i give him the money. reason why and cant buy stuff already i didnt know car parts were gonna be so cheap here. my gosh i mean all these poor 3rd world country people have there cars all pimped out and s**t. any who i will be tuning my car from guatemala import parts. wicked nice. oh just wanted to share my 2 cents
