the headlights are form ebay the obx one's and the rims my neightbor gave them to me for free because he was making his rx-7 for drag with some slicks on the stock wheels.

thats because it is STOCK

thats the oem front bumper with oem fogs and a mugen style lip

That's the '99-'00 Civic front bumper. The headlights, grill, fenders and hood all need to be replaced if you want it plus I've heard before you need the '99-'00 core support too (or hammer in your corners).

I'd say don't swap unless you have some severe front end problems already. The '96-'98 front end can be made to look sexy too.
