Clock dimmer

I've tried searching and couldn't find a positive awnser. What wire do I cut so the clock doesn't dim when turning on the headlights

Get a tester with a bulb in it. Pop the clock out to expose the plug. Turn on the lights. Poke the tester into the wires and turn the dimmer up and down until you find the one that dims the tester bulb. Cut that wire.
