Clock issue to affect radio install?

So i have a 95 civic sedan the battery was draining from the clock in unplugged the clock and it runs strong and doesn't die. I want to install a aftermarket radio. Would it die again?

Please make an effort to write clearly and with punctuations. Theres no way a factory clock would drain the battery. Did you add one or was the clock rewired? Details are clearly missing here and not making sense as to why you thought the clock was an issue or why you think that would affect the radio. If any radio is wired correctly then it shouldn't drain the battery when the car is off.
