Cluster Lights/ Needle not working

So all the lights telling my RPM to my Speedometer is working EXCEPT the lights on the needles. I asked a worker at Auto Zone and he tells me maybe it's the fuses that's been blown. I checked and nothing was blown...Can anyone tell me how to fix it? Trying to save some bucks instead of going in to the auto shop. Thanks, any help would be highly appreciated.

If only the lights are out its most likely the bulbs. You will have to pull the cluster to replace them.
