i have a 5th gen hatch with skunk2 coilovers, and in my opinion they are the best you can get

i dropped mine hard, and it still feels stock

Im just basically comparing them with any other lowering springs or race sets...Like if these Skunk2 CO Set is better for racing and everyday driving like in the winters than a spring set?

i recommend ground control coilovers....you can get custom spring rates..i dont know if you can do that with skunk2

With coilovers you can adjust them right? Thats why I want them for the winters I put my stock tires and wheels and I could raise it up higher...

Tein all the way i have the type flex and i love them but they are big money so if you are going to spend the money get the tein super street kit you will love it

I have HP Racing on mine..not a stock like ride, a little "sportier" as in a stiffer ride. Less body roll front to back and side to side. I got what I paid for :D

Skunk2 is good but for the top quality go with the tein. The teins are kick-ass!
Make sure you get good shockes to mate them with.
Good springs/CO's are worth monkey balls with crappy springs.

what kinda budget are you working with? If you are looking for just a sleeve over kit, ground control and skunk would be a great choice. If you are gonna use them w/ stock shocks, the ride wont be as nice as the old ones are probably worn down. You can get some tokico hp shocks or illuminas.......but at that point, you miht just get some tein basic dampner kit or the ss kit w/ 16 way dampening. Hope this helps a bit.

Oh yeah, Tanabe just came out w/ some new coilover system thats nice!

i personally wouldnt go w/ a company that doesnt specialize in suspension. They make some good products but I just dont know how well their suspension is.
