ok so when i start when its cold it will start fine but when i start going it will bog down and have no power. but when it warms up its fine. do i need a tune up or what ?? 
cold start up bogging down problem.. help

oh man sounds like my problem when i push the gas it bogs and chuggs and wont go anywhere then all of a sudden boom it goes. to me sounds like a fuel thing. gonna change my fuel injectors and see. I've done a tune up this is the last thing i cn think of. let me know if you solve your problem good luck

i might try a tune up first like spark plugs and wires. if that dont work i guess it will be injectors next. makes me sad.

This is the best forum I've ever belonged to, everyone is chill, and usually wiling to help out, but this isn't your personal answering service. I'm an ASE certified former Honda tech, and even I have gotten help here. As a matter of fact, when I was down on my luck and feeling pretty shitty about things, these guys (and girls (hi kelly and connie lol)) didn't give me s**t, well they did at first, but I had it coming... Anyway, long story short, I ended up getting a really good job, with AMAZING benefits after being out of work for 18 months, so either go play in traffic, or get over yourself.
To answer your question though, could be the IACV, could be the loose nut behind the wheel. You didn't really get into specifics, so I can't do much for you, and I for one will not assume anything.
