color changing Vtec light

My friend's 92 GSR has a light that is green before vtec hits and turns red when vtec is engaged. Anybody know a company that makes this? Anybody know how to make this type of Vtec light?

why not just get one that is off when vtec if off and on when vtec is on. Must be the bling factor.
