noobie here haha...i just bought my first civic a few days ago. FINALLY..found it at a lot downtown. its not in good shape. i got the money to fix it up so im gona start with tint, body kit and new paint because its in desperate need. any ideas for a good color for my 99 civic ex sedan ? big help with any of your opinions.

Paint is personal opnion every body will probably tell you a different color.
Please dont get a body kit just get front and rear lip kit will look a million times better and is cheaper.
What submodel is it?
How many miles?
Auto or manual?

its a 99 civic ex sedan. and its auto. at least for now. it has about 175 k miles on it. i just bought some motegi 17inch rims. im planning on getting a drop sometime as well. i think a 2.0 drop would look nice . oh and by the way, my rear bumper is kinda a bit smashed in the back corner. should i looks for a stock bumper or just get an aftermarket one? thanks for info

I would get a stock bumper certifit has them for cheap.
I hope you can do the auto to manual swap yourself shops charge out the ass for it.
I think it will look pretty sick dropped 2.0 What are you going to lower it on?
Have you decided against the bodykit?

yea well right now im looking more into finding that stock bumper. maybe after work tommorrow i can stop by the junk yard to find one thats in good shape. i finally got a stereo into the car today. it was a b***h with all the mixed old wires everywhere. and as far as dropping it goes, i think i want to go with some skunk2 lowering springs. and i think im going to go with a royal blue color for the paint job. any other suggestions you think might look good ?

electric blue pearl perhaps? What kit were you looking at and with a two inch drop you'll probably want to get new shocks too because you'll probably blow your stock ones

i dont really want a body kit thats way out there. something simple. i think just getting the bumper lips are good i think for now.
