colors of my clear tails

on my clear tails do i need orange bulbs for the turn signals or can i have them red? and can the bumper lights be green or do they have to be orange as well? i was just wondering

As far as I know its illegal to have clears even with different color bulbs.

I don't know Vermont law so I can't say what's legal or illegal. Here the color of the lens doesn't matter as long as it transmits the correct color. In that case you could use red or amber for the turn signals and red for the stop/tailight. What's illegal here is not having the factory color reflector in the taillight.

that's why they are not legal in almost all state, they need to have those red reflux reflectors, they are just a caution sign at night so people can see ya a bit better.

so it would be probably illegal to have clear tails with a black reflector, cause thats what im going to be doing.

true and i know i will be pulled over because i already have when i first got the car, got caught doing doughnuts with somebody on the roof of my car and doing it all with an illegal car and not having a licence it sucked.

I don’t know about where you live but here in the Chi Red or Green lights are only permitted on emergency vehicles.

huh, red or green, hes knows that red is all that's allowed, and know understands that clear taillights are not street legal even when taped with reflective tape, green well i never seen that on any emergency vehicle, weird.

Chicago fire department and ambulances have green and red strobes on them. Chicago PD red and blue.

honestly that is the first time i have heard of a emergency vehicle using somthing other then red, white or blue, but that's cool anyways, i think i'd be freaked out if i was visiting and saw green lights flashing behind me.
