So I have a 97 ej6 sedan im looking to do coilovers on my DD i live it the city so im not going to slam it but I want a lower stance that being said ive had my eyes on function forms type 1 any feedback on them or any others. Im looking for a complete drop in I dont want to swap mounts or anything like that.

function and forms are a real nice ride and version2 has 32 dampening setting for soft to stiff and everywhere inbetween also might want to ask a mod to move this thread to technical

F&F Type 1's have a bit of a harsher ride. Their 96-00 Civic spring rates are 10kF/6kR which translates to 564F/337R. 564 is pretty stiff. My friend has a prelude with Type 1's and it does not ride "comfortably". I quote that because comfortable is subjective. To me, it feels great since steering is responsive and handling is good. But to the average car owner, it feels stiff.

Progress CS-II's would probably be better. I think they offer them in a variety of spring rates. One being 350F/350R which would be a little better.
