compression/missfire issue

Okay I'm new here but, I recently swapped a b18b1 into my del sol and it starts and will run. The problem is one cylinder misses, the mileage blows, it does not (smoke, use oil, or loose coolant), three cylinders read 80 86 90 except the one cylinder which is at around sixty. Took off the head and the exhaust valves are solid white and rough/chipped looking and feeling. I'm extremely lost/confused and would appreciate any and all help please

Would be incredible if you burnt all the valves so I doubt it's that

post pics of the head and block, you aren't going to get much help otherwise
