Computer options

My 95 civic ex is going to be getting a turbo on it soon, I was wondering what I should do for computer management on my car. This is going to be put together by me with no help from a tuner shop so I am going for something that I can do for computer management in car. Any suggestions???

How are you going to do the dyno tunes?

Also, my suggestion is CROME. Easy to learn interface and easy to program.
