It's a common problem with aftermarket lights because the seals aren't very good. You can take them apart and seal them better with silicon but in my experience, it eventually comes back. You'll have to replace the bulb that went out and see if it will work again, the socket could have shorted out if it got moisture inside.

Pop it in the oven for a few mins at around 250F and reseal it with any kind of silicone made for plastic. That's what I used on my headlights and worked fine, clear in color also.

Edit: heat gun will work also if you have one available.

I had a same problem with my headlights. What i would do is take the fog lights off and the bulb and dry them out completely. (I used a fan blowing into my headlight all night). then take some RTV (I imagine any sealant would work though) and went along where the lens and the casing met all the way around inspecting every little bit for any gaps ect. let that dry for a few more hours then the next time it rains you will know if it worked. But it has been a few months and rained a few times with no problems that I experienced so far. I hope this helped.
Edit:
I wanted to stay away from putting them in the oven and taking them apart

Edit: it has rained a few times and have had no problems at all

You can get a small tube of clear silicone liquid nails from your local homedepot or whatever. That is what I use.
