sum1 where i live doin a 96 conversion to a 92 and buyin oem parts for his other 92 civic "LS" said www.certifit.com is a good place. for each fender it was $25, and the hood was $45 or $50.
he hasnt converted front end yet so dunno how much price diff that will be.
and so far the parts section of their site does NOT work. all areas but parts work.
damn it. hhaha if only the site worked then it'd all b great. thanks for the site... ill b waiting til the parts section is up. tell me if u fine anymore sites ok? thanks
definitely check the local junkyards first... theres so many civics there that either have destroyed rears or fronts... jus buy the undamaged parts.. you might even get away with it already painted and the same color..
the guy who told me about the site and has an ls engine in his 5th gen 4dr, can kiss my ass, he wants 2g for his other integra ls motor (500 more if he installs)
$500 off ebay = ls motor no tranny
few hours-half a day = my installation time
and i mite call up www.certifits.com because i need new left door (dont feel like replacing window crank regulator and the passenger door has dent in it).
so i mite try and find 2 '96 ex coupe doors cause it has power windows and door locks (mine doesnt)
too bad you don't live in sacramento. theres this place where i bought aftermarket oem style parts from. Its called Levans on stockton blvd. By the way im almost done with my 99-00 conversion on my 97 civic ex; still trying to get the perfect fit for the lights and bumper.
