cracked manifold, question

Hi,

so I have crack in exhaust manifold. The CEL is ON. Need to pass inspection.I am considering getting:

This is NAPA manifold kit, says does not meet California Emissions standard. The one that meets is
almost 1.8 times more expensive.

Anybody have experience with this product?
Will I be able to pass emission? I am located in Illinois, so I do not so much care about not meeting California
standards. Will my CEL go off after I have replaced it?

If you're in Illinois, that one will be fine. Here in California, we have ridiculous emissions standards.

if it says that it only dosent pass cali and not all the others i would think you would be ok.
i dont know though since ive never had to deal with emmisons.

Like stated above, that one will be good. The ones that satisfy CA standards are more pricey. Dam you CA and your absurd emission standards.
