Do u have spark and fuel?

Tiny bit of oil in the intake is normal.

Check your Pcv and valve cover gasket, oil on plugs is a no no. Did it start after you swapped the plugs?

Your engine needs 4 simple things.
Air, fuel, spark, and timing.

i cleaned my throttle body and tried to to jump it and nothing

Next check all your major wired components: injectors, map, I'm drawing a blank on others atm.

Can you hear your fuel pump prime? Have you taken your main relay out and did the solder/contact cleaner mumbo jumbo? Oily plugs is a no go though. That will kill your spark for sure. Has you car over heated? Blowing any smoke? Check engine light?
