What engine? And did you swap the engine and ecu or do a conversion to an obd1 ecu and tune?

I always replace new ignition parts with used engines/cars when I get them. You don't know how long they have been sitting. Check your plugs, wires, dizzy cap and rotor, fuel filter, etc. and replace them if necessary. If you still have a misfire then it could be the dizzy, but start with a tune-up first because the engine probably needs it anyway.

Did u set the timing on the dizzy? Fuel filters aren't really known for this problem on hondas. I would also check the timing marks on the belt. A lot of times a rough idle/lack of power under acceleration is from timing being off a tooth or two.
