Crower I beam rods

I have a D16z6 with vitara pistons. I was looking into either eagle rods or Crower I beams cuz i can get them cheap. Does anyone have experience with this rod on a D16z6 turbo applaction? (im talkin about the crower I beams) and Do i need to notch the block for the crower I beam rods? i tried to search but came up with nothing. any info woudl be great. thnx.

arent I beams strictly for N/A apps?! I thought I heard that from someone.

just get some eagle H beams. or the new tuner toys, you dont have to knotch with those.

but its really not that hard to notch teh block.

Crower i-beams are actually their higher end rods. the h-beams are known as the "econo-billets"

the i-beams would be my choice
