Cruise control and rear defogger not working.

My rear defrost and cruise control do not work, i have checked all the fuses in the car even in the underhood fuse box. They are all good and brand new fuses according to the previous owner and they all come out as green light on my fuse tester. I do not know what could be causing it and was hoping someone here could tell me.

Defogger:

Cruise - check the rubber stoppers that press on the cruise switches at the top of the brake and clutch pedals.
