CTR climate control problem!!!

well, i just recently bought a 99 CTR climate control unit. the problem is, its missing a vent, and i already took apart my dash and took out my stock one. ( i have a 99 hatch). ive honestly been staring at it trying to figure out how to take one of the vents out but i honestly cant figure it out. if someone knows how, please let me know. thanks.

so all i really have to do is cut the vents and extend the wires right? but the trouble is i need that pain in the ass vent LOL

No, you cut the duct work to get it to fit. It wont line up perfectly but at least you can get the climate control installed.
