A problem arises though with e-brake cover. I thought that the CTR e-brake cover fitted the coupe. but apparently it doesnt. There's like two brakets preventing it from fitting. Im thinkin Im jus gonna have to cut them, probably with a saw saw. anyone have any other ideas besides cutting?

First, these are simply mounting brackets for the center console.

1) you can leave them there, because eventually you might want to go back to stock.

2) "bend" them under the ctr console?

3) cut them as you said, wouldnt recommend it though - youll still seem them and like I said if you want to go back to stock someday, itd be a b***h to get back and youd have fitment issues if not.

my recommendation, #1.

its looks like the silver part is bolted to it, maybe if you take out the bolts it will come off as a piece. If anything, just paint the a grey color so it kinda blends in with carpet. This way, if you go back to stock, there still there.

dude, its like 2 bolts to take that out

what you do is take out those 2 bolts, you have to slit your carpet a little to slide the bracket out, then bolt the ebrake cables back down

last I checked that bracket was bolted down, I actually need that bracket, if you don't want it, give me it or sell me it.

I put in everything, but when I fully disengage my e-brake the e-brake light on the dash stays on. I put the sensor and everything on back right. anyone know what to do?

you might need to loosen it just a little. my guess is the stock console allowed for you to lower it more? there should be some way to loosen the tension so it can go down more. if you push down on the e-brake when it's fully disengaged is the light still on?

there's no bolt you can loosen to adjust how far down it goes or anything?

just the brake light sensor because when the e-brake is fully disengaged there is no resistance or anything it's off, but the light is on. there's two 12mm bolts holding it, but I tried to loosen them, and the light is still on.

those are the 2 bolts im talkin about. the sensor is just barely visible in the upper left.
