ctr lights with HID?

they will have an extremely scattered cut-off line. a guy i know is running hid's in his ctr headlamps and he can illuminate the underside of freeway over passes with his headlights. it will prob garner more attention from the police than you would want.
yeah, all you hear from everyone is the poor light pattern. Just get some silverstars and call it a day. Put the money somewhere else.
im looking to get some hids that are about 4k temp. i know that with some good hid and glare shield on the US headlights, there will be no scatters or very few. since jdm headlights doesnt have a difusser, i thought it would give a little scatter. i dont want to retro fit hid because i dont dont want to ruin ctr lights. hey silvershooter, what hid kit was used? was there a glare shield used also? got pics of the headlights beam light?
a buddy of mine has an HID kit on his 92 civic w/ stock USDM headlights.. the HIDs look really nice.
i have usdm with 8200k hid's, they have a pretty good cutoff, but still has alot of glare, cops don't bother me about it tho. mine has that sheild on the bulb itself.
HID kit on 5gen civics are nice, my friend put on a s2000 HID kit and it looks great.
The thing that most people dont know or even notice about the jdm and usdm for 6th gen civic is that the headlights doesnt have a difusser, thats why i ask about hid and how it will effect the lighting...
