Ok, since pioneer ignores me, I need to ask you guys. Will a DVC subwoofer work with a single sub connected to only one voice coild work just like a SVC subwoofer connected the same way?
ummmm no. On a DVC sub you have to use both coils. It's not an option to run the sub at a lower ohm. IT SHOULD SAY IT RIGHT ON THE SUB.Chaos said:ok so u have a dvc sub....and u only want to use one of the sides? yes u can do that....most subs are 4 ohms on each side....the other side is in case u want to run the sub at 2 ohms.....idk...ok what subs do u have r they single or dvc and what ohms do u want them to make out?
