Cual Voice Coil

Ok, since pioneer ignores me, I need to ask you guys. Will a DVC subwoofer work with a single sub connected to only one voice coild work just like a SVC subwoofer connected the same way?

i dont get it dude, one of us is confused

a dual voice coil sub has two voice coils in one woofer, it doesnt require a second sub

right now i'm running one JL 10" DVC in my teggy.

oh, and you only want to run 1 amp per sub... DVC or not

it will work, just need to bridge it

Ok, I'm basically going for the setup thats in my sig, except I havnt chosen between the C and the DVC version. I only have one AMP, and I'm Planning on getting 2 woofers. The amp I have is a 2 channel 760 watt, and as you said if I only hooked it up to the two woofers they be slower for some reason.

ummmm no. On a DVC sub you have to use both coils. It's not an option to run the sub at a lower ohm. IT SHOULD SAY IT RIGHT ON THE SUB.
