cx and dx?

i am going to get a catback very soon because exhausts pipes on my car right now are rusting and i will need one soon anyways. i have a 95 cx and i was wondering if a cat back for a dx would fit the cx and same if i was to get a header? or would i be better off getting custom pipes?
one more thing, have any of you heard of HP Racing systems or Megan Racing exhausts? anything good?

i dont see why it wouldnt fit, but you would have to put in an aftermarket cat...or just run straight pipe all the way back...i think the most easy and cost effective way to get what you want is to go to a muffler shop because they can make whatever you need
