CX vs. EX front seats

Ok, so the seats in my 99 CX are pretty much toast. Dude(s) who had the car before me must have had some weight and been trying to get to their wallets and drive-throughs a lot, padding for left cheek is shot lol. Buddy of mine has a 2000 EX, seats look almost identical. However, when you pull the lever on his, they slide forward (spring loaded or something) to get easy access to the back, and then when you slide them back they click in the same position they were in. Mine don't do that. Are mine busted or do the EX have different seats? Can I fit a EX seat in my CX if I can find one? Hopefully with no drilling?

They fit perfect. If its free take it, But don't buy it if its over 50 bucks lol. You could save up and get some other seats.

I'll start check junk yards - if I can't find any, what would you suggest for aftermarket seats?

EX is an upgrade. They have pioneer sound system (stock), all body molding is color matched, and apperantly, the seats know where to go to. lol
