d series aftermarket pistons

can i use pistons intended for a d16 block in a d15 block?

any reason why? you have some new ones laying around?

they will fit, but may hit the valves depending on the dome on them since the deck height on the D15 is different than the D16 i believe.

ok, from what i have read the d16 and d15 bore is exactly the same but the stroke isnt so thats the issue. d15 has little to no aftermarket support for qood pistons other than SRP-JE so i was gonna use d16 pistons for my build. i might have to re-think that idea. Thanks.
