D15b or D16z6

Hi everyone i am in the process of putting a motor in my 93 coupe and didnt know which motor to go with. I wanna stay sohc and hopefully in the future turbo the motor i get. I guess the real here is which motor is the better of the two and which one would i get more whp with a turbo?

if you can easily get or afford the d16z6, suggest that one. There's WAY more support, parts, etc for that than the d15b. I'm sure most of the turbo kits would work for either one, but again there's already SO much out there for the d16z6

The d15b (not d15b7, I assume we're talking about) is the JDM version. I don't know what swaps between the 2, as far as gaskets, rings, pistons, etc. They may be nearly identical, but unless YOU know all the ins and outs of it, I'm just saying go with the z6, because it's the standard here in the US.
