D15B2 swap to MPFI with 450cc injectors. What resistors do I use??

I have seen a few threads say 10ohm 10 watt. I'm not using a resistor box. I"m using individual resistors for each injector. These are NOT stock injectors so don't tell me the stock wattage. I know the ohms are 10 but I'm just not sure on the wattage which I've seen to be 10 Watts. I just need a "for sure" from you mpfi swap guys cuz radioshack and all them sell 1/8 watt 1/4 watt 1/2 watt 1 watt ect. Just need to be sure on the wattage. I don't want to fry anything. Thanks a lot guys.

Why dont you want to use a resistor box? When my brother MPFI swapped his D15B2 and used 450cc injectors we tried the resistors from radio shack and it didnt work out so we ended up using a resistor box.

I want to make sure i'm running the right ohms and wattage. what ohms and watts would the resistor box be at? again, i don't want to fry anything. its good that you ran 450's too though so i know what at least works. let me know what resistor box i need, i might just run with that.

I would not recommend them at all. The only reason the car ran right was because it was dyno tuned and even then it didnt get optimal gas mileage.

Why not just use regular ones if youre not going turbo?

what don't you recommend? and what are "regular" ones? are we talking about resistors here? or my injector choice? my 450's will be just fine, dont you worry. I'm posting here for resistor choice, not to questioned about my other life choices.
