will this header work like the hf manifold? meaning if i put an adaptor plate on it i could put a turbo on it?(its the lx/dx motor) i heard the hf is only preferable because of the longer runners, but i wanna make sure before i spend any money on it. picture of the header

no a header will not work as a manifold for a turbo. And the HF manifold does not have long runners.

yea i realized this when i was looking at hf manis on ebay. people say the actual hf has longer runners than the cx and vx

no, only hf cx and vx will work for cheap turbo mani's
