D15B7 Fuel Pressure Upgrade Question

Im getting a B&M fuel Regulator and Gauge set, and I need input on what I should set the fuel at. I have Aem Cold Air Intake, Ractive 4-2-1 two piece stainless header, Apex World Sport Cat back, and a pulley that seems to do nothing. What is good to set it at for fuel when I get it all setup. Another thing, what is it at stock?

stock is normally around 32-36, with you minor upgrade you should only go as high as 38-44.

At that range what would a hp and torque gain be at about?

im not sure on hp gain just reliability to keep the mixture of the air/fuel correct for the motor to run happily.

first question, due you have an air/fuel gauge to monitor the air/fuel ratio, if not get one first and then tune the car with on, and i mean dyno tune if possible.
