D15b7 with y7 head

Ok, let me start this off by saying I have spent the last 2 days scouring for this info but all I can find are bits and pieces of info full of contradictions.

I am wanting to swap a y7 head onto my b7 and would love to know if anybody has seen a write up on how to do this. I do not want to go vtec at this time. If anyone has any info on this or can point me in the right direction I would be very thankful!

Thank you Failsafe, do you know if I can keep the b7 ecu or would I need a y7?

You can keep the b7 ecu, don't forget to use the y7 t-belt
