d15b8 vs d16z6

ok i got a jdmd15b head right now. and a turbo kit sittin in my room. i was wanting to build a bottom end and dont know which block i should use. should i go out and buy a z6 block and build that or build the d15b8 block i got sittin around. is there goin to be any major difference between the two if im puttin all new parts in? thank for the help

d16z6 has more liters so i would say that would be ur best bet. i got one in my garage if u want it for cheap

im goin with je pistons and crower rods etc. ... so the z6 block would still be a better start

i had a d15b8 in my cx and swapped it for a d16z6,...hell of a diffrence, i could actualy get over a hill .
im boosting her some time soon too. go d16

is there a difference between d15ba and JDM d15b vtec i keep seeing 130hp vtec.. and the D16z6 125 hp vtec ?? can some one clear that up sorry for thread jacking
