What’s up CC well I am in the process of putting in an AFI turbo kit in my D16 the problem is I really don’t want to grab to much attention with the BOV noise so I was wondering if I could instead put in a stock receric valve off a 1990 Twin turbo Z so instead of that air venting into the air it will go back into the charge pipe anyone done this or seen it done?.....

Yep, you can do that! Its actually a pretty smart idea, redirect it to the intake pipe and it'll keep the turbo spooling between shifts.

Actually if you want more control over your blow off valve, you can get a greddy type-rs and they sell an adaptor that lets you make it recirculate.

or a regular Type-S, they already have a fitting for recirculating

but they are discontinued, and pretty expensive.

could always get the ebay rip off, they are the exact same thing. Then get the adaptor or if you can find a type-s rip off go for that.

EDIT: Actually, the greddy type-R will let you do it as well.

The reason I'm offering an aftermarket as an alternative is that with a oem valve off another car you may max it out some day, or it may not work how you intended.
