D16Y5 Intake Mani Line Question

Hey everyone, new to the forum with my first 6G.

Trying to get her running well and I spotted an issue with one of the lines off the intake mani but can't tell what it goes to or what it's for. Can anyone fill me in? Thanks

Ahh haha. Gee, how the heck are you supposed to replace the PCV with it under the mani? O.o
