D16Y7 has crank but starts when push on gas pedal

i looked every post related to this in the 6th gen forum but nothing like my issue.
just got my 00 civic DX hatch EJ6 with D16Y7 automatic 2 wks ago and it wont start while engine is hot so i looked this threads and replaced thermostat w gasket, all four fuel injectors, fuel filter, spark plug, ignition wires, distributer cap and rotor. my radiator still good with fresh coolant and fan works properly. no CEL.....
now it wont start while cold engine....unless i give it gas.

Does the CEL work?

When the engine won't start, check for bright white spark at all 4 plugs and whether the fuel pump primes.

Check your head Gasket! A good way to tell is it will drain your water and it could mix with oil and turn a white Color.
